1. Eligibility for Returns

Products may be eligible for return under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • The return is initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The product was not purchased during a clearance or final sale (unless defective).

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos of the product and packaging).
  • Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

3. Return Process

Follow these steps to initiate a return:

  1. Submit a Request: Contact our customer support team at returns@flikmart.com or log in to your account on www.flikmart.in and navigate to the “Returns” section.
  2. Provide Details: Share the order number, product details, and reason for return.
  3. Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label or instructions.
  4. Ship the Product: Pack the product securely in its original packaging and return it to the provided address.
  5. Replacement: Replacement will be given in 1-3 days.

4. Return Shipping

  • If the product is defective or incorrect: We will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be credited within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

Partial Refunds:
In some cases, only partial refunds may be issued, such as when:

  • The product is returned after the eligible return period.
  • The product shows signs of use or missing parts.

6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

7. Cancellations

  • Once shipped, the order can no longer be canceled and must be processed as a return.
